Mathematics

The Mathematics Department provides students with a solid foundation in the basics of the various fields of mathematics (arithmetic, algebra, geometry, computation, logic, functions, numerical, graphical, and statistical analysis). Students apply these skills to real-world problems and gain an understanding of advanced concepts that are transdisciplinary.
