AP Chemistry Lab

AP Chemistry Lab is important in fulfilling the requirements of a college-level course in chemistry and in preparing a student for upper-level chemistry courses in college. The AP exam in chemistry includes a required laboratory-based question on the free-response section so the execution of appropriate experiments is important for student success. Data shows that student scores on the AP Chemistry Exam improve with increased time spent in the laboratory.  This is a pass/fail course.
