Digital Design & Publication II

Digital Design and Publication II is a year-long course designed to give students the opportunity to lead students and apply skills in photography, graphic design and layout, photo editing, desktop publishing, journalism and writing, leadership, teamwork, project management, and marketing all through the creation of the ASD High School Yearbook. Students will take on a leadership role and be expected to facilitate others to use various professional digital/electronic hardware and software editing tools including Jostens Yearbook Avenue, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, video and still cameras.

Each student leader must spend a minimum of  5 hours per week attending sports and other events and coordinating the layout and design of the yearbook, outside of school hours and/or on weekends.
