*Islamic Education 6 is offered as part of the Grade 6 Explorer Wheel. These students will select two quarter-long courses for the Explorer Wheel and will take one semester of Islamic Education.
Islamic Education 6 explores key Islamic teachings through the Holy Quran and Hadith, mastering recitation and comprehension. Students will study the principles of faith, responsibility, and core Islamic values, applying them to daily life. Additionally, students will learn about the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and influential figures like Malek Ibn Anas and Lady Aisha, while addressing contemporary issues and fostering a sense of identity.
As per KHDA guidelines, this is a required course for all Muslim students.
