ASD won the Zayed Sustainability Prize in the Global High Schools, MENA region division. The school plans to install a biodigester for organic waste, beehives to teach about biodiversity and beekeeping, a data dashboard for monitoring energy, water and waste, and automatic timers for air conditioners for faculty housing.
