The Grade 8 Band is an exciting group to be a member of. Continuing the foundational techniques learned in Grades 6 and 7, and open to any Grade 8 student with at least two years of experience, the focus of this group is performance-based but will continue to emphasize the importance of theoretical, technological, and historical knowledge in music. The class will perform two times per year during the Fall and Spring Concerts Grade 8 students are also eligible to audition to participate in the AMIS European Honor Band as well as our local MESAC Junior Fine Arts Festival.
